Brief
Move – the home of sport, activity and physical wellbeing at Imperial – wanted a complete rebrand for the Division. This needed to include a full visual and verbal identity that would apply to all comms, as well as environmental asset design and installation at the flagship sports centre, Ethos.
Approach
We created a new identity for Move that went beyond the sports offering, to include wellness activities and mental health support. A bold new logo unifies the brand across all its touchpoints, while statement taglines reinforce key messaging.
We used photography of Imperial sports teams and individuals to create momentum across the assets. Motion graphics were applied to social banners and digital screens to hone in on the active nature of the brand.
Outcome
The new brand has been installed throughout the Ethos Sports Centre – decals, wall stickers, painted taglines, photography and logo artwork. Elsewhere the brand identity has been applied across the website, digital assets, social media and other assets. Move is instantly recognisable across the university and the rebrand project has driven visibility and led to greater engagement.
