About
Who we are
We’re four experienced creative professionals working with clients in the higher education and non-profit sectors to deliver standout design and content. Our team has held senior roles in global creative agencies, UK design studios, and book and magazine publishers.
Our team
Cara Frost-Sharratt
Editorial Director
Cara has over 20 years’ experience as an editor and copywriter. She’s also the author of 12 books, and has worked with publishers including Hachette and City & Guilds. When not working with words, she loves 90s house tunes and is trying to master French.
Sam Walker
Creative Director
With over 25 years in the creative industries, Sam has worked with brands like Audi, John Lewis & Partners, KPMG and Vodafone. He won BSME Art Director of the Year twice, and spends his free time as a keen amateur potter.
Neil Pereira
Design Director
Neil is an experienced graphic designer who has worked with a diverse range of private and public sector clients, from FTSE 100 companies to enterprising startups. When he’s not designing, he can be found getting grubby in a silkscreening studio or heading to random locations on two wheels.
Will Noble
Senior Designer
Will is a seasoned graphic and motion designer with a diverse portfolio spanning higher education, TV, and high-growth startups. When the screen goes dark, you’ll find him running the streets of London or capturing life through drawing and portraiture.
Why we’re different
We’ve got the expertise, skills and contact book of a large creative agency but none of the associated costs and bureaucracy. When you engage us, you’ll be talking to the people actually doing your work. And you get the benefit of four creative brains on your brief.
We're a new agency but we're already recognised as a trusted partner in the sector. We've got a growing roster of clients and an exciting portfolio of projects.
We work ethically, inclusively and transparently.
Values
-
All our creative output – design and editorial – is produced by humans. We use AI to help with research, fact-checking and to streamline production.
-
We treat our colleagues and clients as creative partners. Our workplace culture is one of mutual respect and inclusivity and our company has a non-hierarchical structure.
-
We treat all individuals – employees and clients – with dignity, respect and fairness.
-
Every project gets our undivided creative focus. We work with care, due diligence and attention to detail.
-
We’re environmentally conscious in how we work and how we operate. As a remote-first business, we minimise energy usage and emissions, while our digital-first workflow reduces waste.
-
We share information with our colleagues and partners openly and honestly. Our workflows, communications and project updates are stored on shared channels, and company decisions are reached by team consensus.
